Current Openings: Administrative Assistant – Resource Management
Snow Queen Winter Management, one of Vancouver’s largest winter service providers, is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant with experience to join our team for our Resource Management department.

This contractor position provides flexibility for those looking for a part-time position, with opportunities for advancement. It is primarily a remote position, with occasional in-person meetings at our Port Coquitlam office. Hours are generally 10-30 hrs per week depending on seasonal tasks and projects.
Rate: Starting at $22 /hr – based on experience
The Resource Management Assistant performs a variety of administrative support functions primarily for the Recruitment & Retention Manager and reports to the Director of Resource Management. Duties include:
- Managing communications, calls and emails
- Scheduling calls & meetings
- Creating tasks
- Monitoring corporate email accounts
- Taking meeting minutes
- Organizing contacts and leads
- Drafting reports
- Updating policies and procedures
- Document Collection
- Assisting with contractor hiring, onboarding, renewals and retention
- Contractor support & follow up
- Accurately entering, editing & cross-referencing data
- Communicating & collaborating with other teams such as Operations and Dispatch
- Utilizing G Suite tools for the creation of documents and spreadsheets
- Other various tasks that may be assigned
