We ONLY apply de-icer on a property when it is necessary. The Lower Mainland of BC is a rainforest with intermittent rain, high humidity, and cold systems that move in overnight, requiring a complex and multi-faceted approach to when and how de-icing is completed. We use a 3-check system to review de-icing needs before every application. First, we check past, current, and upcoming weather conditions to review if the previous de-icing will be sufficient. Second, we dispatch localized Site Assessors to determine how our de-icer is performing in specific regions. Finally, if required, we complete an individual visit to every property we service. If our crews determine a service is not required, we provide a FREE site assessment instead.
